University & Yellow Ribbon Project

FPI has been supporting NUS for their Annual Rag Day events for the past five years – annual float building project.

Objective of Event:
To support the Environment - Friendly Movement by using recycling waste material into to produce Chingay Parade activities items such as floats.

Short Brief:
Best Presentation Award, Most Environment-Friendly Float Award, Office of Student Affairs (OSA) Creative Shield Award as well as the Overall Best Float Award. In 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013, floats done had been invited to perform at the Annual Chingay Parade. Last year, Eusoff Hall and Temasek Hall collaborated and build a float together for Rag 2011/2012, earning us the titles Merit Award and Student’s Achievement Award.

Both Halls also have a proud and distinguished history of continued academic, cultural and sporting excellence, grooming students with talent and producing leaders of strong character. We hope to carry on the legacy we have created in NUS Rag by putting up a better and more astounding performance at NUS Rag 13/14.
